Mary Ann specializes in Gourmet Raw Food along with Vegan Cooked Food. Mary Ann has a talent of easily preparing simple foods into delicious and colorful presentations. Plan to join us for one of our cooking classes allowing Mary Ann to share her experience and love for food preparation as you accept the privilege of eating at her dining table.

Mary Ann offers a 4-hour cooking class. This class includes the food she has prepared. The class location varies from Auburn to Rocklin, CA. However, Mary Ann travels to different locations to do the classes.

We began January 30, 2011 with a fabulous cooking class having a "Breakfast and Brunch Buffet" on a Sunday afternoon. Fresh from the oven, Coriander rolls, Orange French toast, Gogi Berry Maple Granola, fruit Kabobs with Coconut Creme Sauce, Apple crepes with apple walnut filling and maple creme and ending with our favorite Veggie Tofu Scramble . This class was held in Rocklin, CA

Mary Ann’s Recipes
Ingredients
3 cups water
3 medium sized sweet potatoes (peeled, shredded, and soaked overnight)
1 large red onion (peeled and quartered)
1 red bell pepper (seeded and quartered)
1 garlic clove (peeled)
3 sweet apples (peeled, quartered and seeded)
1/2 tsp anise
1/2 tsp coriander
Combine in seed grinder 1 tablespoon of each of the following:
Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, golden flax seed, pumpkin seeds and grind until fine.
Grind about two or more handfuls raw almonds skin and all in seed grinder until fine.
In Vitamix or blender place:
6 or more frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
